How HIIT can make Sixpack ?

It is undeniable that the key to getting six pack abdomen is to trim the fat in the body, and cardio training is the most effective way to cut body fat.

In general, people will do as much as 45-60 minutes of cardio exercise either outdoors or on the treadmill. The problem arises when you do not have that much time to practice cardio and even bored with the long duration exercise.

In fact, cardio workout in a long time was less efekrif to burn fat. Based on the study, to burn fat, you do not need to do cardio that long, just 20-30 minutes! How can that be?

If you want to trim the fat to get a six pack stomach, a long cardio workout is not the answer you're looking for, but the method of High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT abbreviated as you need. HIIT can burn more fat in less time, so you can see the six pack muscles are buried by the fat in your stomach.

Professional athletes have been using this method for years so that they get the ideal body shape before the game. You may have heard the term 'wind sprints' or 'Gassers'. Both of these methods is a HIIT program frequent soccer athletes.

Wind Sprints
Like doing HIIT, training wind sprints also require considerable heating at the beginning of the exercise. If your body is ready, start the sprint uses 85% power for 20 seconds. The point is not on how fast you run, but how much power you put out.
Then lower your energy to 50% and ran for 40 seconds. Take rest breaks by walking or brisk walking for 30 seconds. Repeat from step one, until you have completed this exercise in 20-30 minutes.

Gassers
not only helps burn fat, exercise Gassers many professional athletes use to enhance the body's physical abilities such as dexterity, agility, balance and muscle strength.
Gassers workout consists of 3 exercises, namely:
Gassers:
You are required to run along the width of the field as much as 4 times. The purpose of this exercise is to increase the body's fat burning and endurance.

½ Gassers:
This means you are only required to run the half width of the field as much as 4 times. This exercise is usually done by the method of circuit training to include some strength training like push ups, squats to deadlift in the running movement.

¼ Gassers:
Only use ¼ of the width of the field, but you are required to run in a higher power than the two previous Gassers. For example, you have to run in 15 seconds to get to point B, then back to point A on foot and sprint back towards point B and so on up to 10-15 minutes.

Both wind sprints and Gassers, both have the same benefits, such as:
  • Improving physical abilities of athletes in question
  • Reducing fat athletes who are overweight after off season
  • Increase endurance athletes ahead of the competition
  • Research on HIIT

A study conducted by the University of New South Wales in Sydney Austalia to prove the effectiveness of HIIT workout for burning body fat. The researchers divided the participants into two groups. The first group was asked to do HIIT for 20 minutes 3 times a week. while the second group was asked to do regular cardio exercise 30-40 minutes 3 times a week.

As a result, those who had managed to lose fat HIIT 3 times as much and managed to save training time by up to 43 percent of the group doing regular cardio.

HIIT workout requires adaptation and stage a good workout, as this exercise requires the body's ability higher than regular cardio exercise. If you're new to exercise, should be done in a shorter duration and add intensity and duration of exercise on a regular basis to get the maximum fat burning and six pack stomach of your dreams.
