Diligent Exercising can renew up to 7 Years !

Healthy living. Two simple words that actually require a simple effort to make it happen. However, until now many of us are often ignored.
In fact many studies have been done to convince the whole world that a healthy lifestyle should be a culture to improve overall quality of life.

Long live better with Exercise
A study examining the relationship between exercise routines and longevity has been published in the U.S. National Cancer Institute.

The study found that people who are physically active (exercise diligent) above the age of 40 years can live 2-7 years longer than those who did not exercise. In fact, if the person is overweight and are physically active, he still get the same benefits.

"If you do not exercise and then start the sport in just a few minutes, it means you have experienced a substantial increase in life expectancy," said Steven Moore of the U.S. National Cancer Institute.

These results are similar to results of studies that have been presented other research, Michael Mosley, told the BBC some time ago. In previous research, Mosley said that short-term high-intensity exercise can reduce the risk of diabetes and heart attacks.

But it turns out the health benefits of exercise can also be obtained from the short-term with normal intensity, such as walking. Walking is the simplest exercise and has many health benefits. Walk as much as 450 minutes a week (an average of 1 hour per day) can increase life span for 3-4 years.

"Everyone must understand that exercise can make the body healthy. And they will be more excited if the results come back reminding them of the importance of exercise, "said Dr. David Katz of Yale University's Prevention Research Center.

Skin can Detect Heart Disease
Recent research presented at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions 2012 showed if a person shows signs of aging on the skin surface, then that person may be experiencing health problems, such as heart problems or other organs.

The study notes of 10, 885 people studied, a total of 3. 938 people experiencing baldness, 3405 increased fat deposits around the eyes. And 10 years later, researchers found as many as 3401 people developed heart disease and 1,700 people had a heart attack.

Here are the signs of premature aging on the surface which could be an indicator of a person's poor health according to a team of researchers to the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions 2012.
  •  Hair changes color to gray
  •  Appear more wrinkles
  •  Excessive hair loss to go bald
  •  Folds occur on the ears
  •  Fat deposits around the eyelids

Those who experience the above symptoms 3-4 have 57 percent greater risk of heart attack and 39 percent higher risk of heart disease.

Experts point out that wrinkles and other signs of premature aging caused by defective DNA evolve slowly. Running a healthier lifestyle ranging from sports to run a diet rich in antioxidants can reduce the risk of DNA damage and premature aging.

Lose Weight to Improve Sleep Quality
If you suffer from insomnia and not getting good quality sleep, then losing weight can be a solution. The team of researchers from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine found that if the quality of sleep will tend to increase if a person's weight is reduced.

"We found that increasing the quality of sleep is significantly associated with lower weight. Especially if the person is successful in reducing fat in the belly, "said Kerry Stewart as head of research.

This study tested 77 overweight people who have type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes. After 6 months of the study, the participants lost weight up to 7 kg and 15 percent of them succeeded in reducing fat deposits in the abdomen, and they claim to get better sleep quality than before.

That's three main points that became a hot topic in the health world. There are many other studies that prove that a healthy lifestyle is not something harmful, but a way of life to improve your overall quality of life
